1- Is it possible to do this course completely online?

YES, you can do it completely a distance (in its online mode). You receive your AeroYoga® PRO swing in the days after your registration.

The virtual classroom will guide you step by step to complete your registration and complete your training.

The coordinators are always at your disposal on the other side to help you with any questions you may have.

This course includes our new digital application to perform your training from your tablet, computer or smartphone.

An application with more than 80 videos, original books and 29 chapters developed by experts in distance training.

Includes professional anatomy course taught by physiotherapists.

2-How are students evaluated? Skype? Videos?

You will conduct online assessments.

You must justify 200 hours of practice, usually from photos and videos with your hammock, for example, 6 photos per hour of practice.

You must also do a research or dissertation that is based on a theme of your choice applied to AeroYoga®.

We explain how to do it in detail and we provide different examples of presentation that will serve as a reference.

3-How many hours of training are in total to get the certificate?

200 hours in total. our Teacher training It is an Accredited Yoga Alliance Diploma (200RYT)*

ideal for yoga teachers and / or pilates who want to expand skills as a teacher.

4-The course offers 3 methods in the same training, aero yoga, aerial pilates and aero fitness. Are these three courses different?

The AeroYoga diploma has three certifications in the same course, "holistic" (AeroYoga®) "technical" (AerialPilates) and "aerobic" (AerialFitness).

Aero Yoga International is the franchise that helps you grow professionally and set up your own AeroYoga® and AeroPilates® center!

In addition, AeroYoga® and AeroPilates® are registered international brands. Only qualified teachers in our methods can make use of these registered trademarks.
