We are today in the parks of beautiful Bogota., Colombia, working and enjoying today under a gentle rain.
We are performing a new AeroYoga® pose during the teacher training AeroYoga® Bogota, Colombia NOVEMBER 2014.
Let’s make Aerial Candle© Pose with the students group. The Acaravat Vaihayasa Sarvangasana (Acrobatic, Aerial Candle It is one of the many versions of the Aerial Candle Pose in the original method AeroYoga®.
This is a intermediate-advanced level pose.
This pose can entails risks to the neck, but mostly it’s a position that already requires some experience and control by the student.
This pose also demand a control of the “Power House” (abdominal center) body alignment and body & soul balance required.
1- First, once lying in the hammock, we take the skull out of the swing.
2-Then we performed an extension of the elbow and shoulder, turning the arm.
3-Third, we inhale bent knees toward your chest and then exhale and extend your legs activating your pelvis (pelvic retroversion-total alignment ).
Whole muscle and bone structure is activated with a neutral neck.
4-Enjoy the “Facelift effect” Relaxing face and neck and receiving the bloodstream full of nutrients.
5-Toes pointed, conscient alignment,the legs remain adducted, stylizing the figure.6-How long for this AeroYoga© Pose ?lasts one minute with new students and 5 -10 posture or even 15 minutes with advanced students.
7- This position allows us to enter “the zone" is a state of mindfulness, conscious breathing, enjoyment, stabilization and perfection.
Dont try this exercice alone! Practice it with an AeroYoga® certified teacher.
